Mindfulness

Engaging activities that teach you how to remain present and attentive. Learn techniques and tailored strategies to integrate mindfulness effectively into your personal and professional life which enhance attention and focus, resulting in a significant reduction in stress and anxiety levels, and improved quality of sleep.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded. I am a compassionate, empathic counsellor who brings a collaborative guide to each client as they navigate the complex challenges of a life. Counselling is a way of facilitating decisions or changes, not to tell the client what to do. I am here to listen, offer a private space to talk through emotional and behavioural changes to help you understand. I will also help to clarify confusing thoughts or intense emotions and build coping skills.
I believe all people need space to breathe and space to heal, for someone to listen with understanding. This allows the right conversations to bring change.
